The Riviera is set to display a stylish and vibrant lifestyle in an affordable but high quality environment, where residents can gain access to modern facilities such as infinity pools, fitness suites and sky lounges. The project is located in Pattaya – a popular tourist town and the second most visited city in Thailand, and is a two-minute walk from the Wongamat Beach.
The residences come in the form of twin towers, with facades that seemingly reflect light and take in the shadows and movement from the waves of the sea. To provide a visual break from the urban concrete, the buildings are separated in the middle by a lagoon-inspired swimming complex. Water features, gardens, courtyards, pavilions, and terraces will also form part of the landscape, adding green spaces to the development. The Riviera, once completed, is set to change the skyline in the area. The Project is submitted for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
