This restaurant seats 189 people over a broad range of area, including bar seats and outdoor. Working with Jamie Oliver company, Steven Leach Group created an industrial and modern style. The challenges involved localizing their corporate standards in a tight time frame and budget. Plans for more branches were already on the way as a result of the success of this opening.
