PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In a testament that functionality need never be unprepossessing, Steelcase’s Global Business Centre is every bit as alluring as it is efficient. The first project to achieve certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) rating system for Commercial Interiors in Malaysia, Steelcase’s goal of creating a truly sustainable workplace has resulted in a specific design DNA that was developed with the client’s raison d’etre in mind. The successful translation of the flexibility and teamwork that are paramount to the culture of Steelcase by the Steven Leach Group into this landmark workplace has resulted in a space that is both mesmerizing and remarkably environmentally sustainable.
