PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Taipei 100, over 500 meters tall, remains the largest and tallest green building in the world by LEED standards. Steven Leach Group designed the observatory and helped Taipei 101 to achieve LEED certification.
The kaleidoscope design reflected the open view to visitors at all angle. Moreover, inspiration of heaven and earth is shown in the flooring and ceiling design.
The design remained simple so that it does not take away the view from visitors. The lines used created a flow to the 360-degree observatory.
