Steven Leach Group took on the brief to design the new headquarters of BMW Korea. The basic design concept for these new premises stemmed from the corporate identity that uses phrases like “independence, self-confidence, comprehensive, and consistent”. At the core of their office design is flexibility, supporting large and small gatherings, combining efficiency, comfort and style. This striking, and modern environment consists of two floors, with BMW Korea occupying the upper floor and the lower floor for BMW Financial Services Korea. In order to maximize daylight and encourage an open feeling, private manager offices have full-height glass fronts, and workstation partitions are kept low. Neutral tones and colors, sleek shapes and metal elements evoke feelings of modernity and high technology.
