PROJECT DESCRIPTION
One of the largest global banks had 1,300 staff across four different buildings. The new headquarters consolidated them among eight floors.
Steven Leach Group designed the space with two focuses: branding and the environment. We used brand visuals and designed around a “water” theme so that the floors have consistent design. We also increased space efficiency by adopting desk sharing. Lockers and collaboration areas helped to increase the space efficiency. Furthermore, the staff are able to enjoy the new amenities, such as spacious pantries and a gym.
The office space achieved LEED Gold certification. It also has air purification system.
