They engaged with staff across all levels so that they could adapt to the new open-plan office. The renovation took place in conjunction to staff working in the existing office. The change management workshops were especially crucial to ensure a smooth transition.
Steven Leach Group designed various quiet zones, including phone booths. The height-adjustable workstations allowed staff to work ergonomically. The designers added colour and various shapes in the design to create an energetic feeling. The meeting rooms included high definition projector and quality AV. The partitions also worked as white boards. The client was happy with the new look and the increase in staff interaction.
