A color palette based on hues of blue as the major element to liven up areas and offer visual interest in a business context because the project is located near the sea. We picked wood grain LVT for the public hub area where there is high foot activity to connect with the natural characteristics of the ocean since it was the greatest choice for durability while also combining the look and feel of natural wood flooring. A lovely ombré gradient coloured carpet in the general open office area reflects the ocean tides and is a perfect homage to the overall mood of the workstation.

Despite the fact that the main design palette is cool-toned, we chose to add various warm tones in the furniture and flooring to round out the space and create a welcoming working environment. The soft pinks and greys represent the ever-changing skies that surround this vibrant metropolis, but the clear message is to make the office a light and airy space that encourages collaboration and invention.
