Located at one of the top diving sites in the world, this resort is entirely over water at the edge of an ocean shelf, only a hundred meters from dry land. The development is located within a conservation area and is also home to a marine research facility and an environmental management center. This six-star resort stretches out a length of 1.4 kilometers in a gentle branching configuration from a central spine. The architectural forms are reminiscent of undulating waves with surfaces derived from weaving patterns. The development is designed as an eco-friendly project based on the Malaysian Green Building Index (GBI) and the USGBC LEED rating system.
