PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Continuing a successful relationship with Zhongrun Property, the Steven Leach Group designed the Aromatic Club House, located in a scenic area of Shanghai. The design brief for the clubhouse is a contemporary version of Art Deco. The three-floor clubhouse allows members to play different sports, including aerobics, gym exercise, basketball, swimming, pool, and yoga.
The chandelier and the spiral staircase created a vertical focal point for the clubhouse. Luxurious materials, such as a jade stone counter, Art Deco furniture and a cubist sculpture created a prestigious image. The glass ceiling in the pool area helped to create a getaway feel in a hustle and bustle city.
